HOW TO TAKE
Adults: 1 tablet daily with meals.

Iron (as Ferrochel® Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate) – 25 mg per tablet
This special form of iron is gentle on the stomach and easily absorbed by the body. It helps make red blood cells, which carry oxygen to all parts of the body, keeping you energetic and healthy.

OTHER INGREDIENTS
- Microcrystalline Cellulose: helps form the tablet.
- Vegetable Stearic Acid: ensures the tablet holds its shape.
- Vegetable Magnesium Stearate: prevents ingredients from sticking during production.
- Silicon Dioxide: keeps the tablet dry and stable.

Good Combinations
Works well with Vitamin C 500 mg, Marine Collagen, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid.

Acceptable Combinations
Can be safely taken with Amino Complex.

Not Recommended
Avoid combining with Omega-3 Supplements, Multivitamins, Magnesium B6, B-Complex, Calcium-Magnesium, Spirulina & Chlorella, Probiotic Complex.
