We are responsible for consistent policies and procedures for the reliable protection of entrusted personal data. Here we introduce you to these principles and the rights you have in connection with the GDPR (Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data No. 2016/679).

We respect these key principles in protecting personal data.
Legality, honesty and transparency. We always process personal data in accordance with the law, transparently and honestly towards you.
Data security, Purpose and time restrictions and access to data. We have thoroughly mapped all storages of your personal data, we use an appropriate level of security and encryption to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. We monitor and limit access only to a strictly necessary group of people. We use your personal data exclusively for the purposes stated at the time of their acquisition and only for as long as necessary. You yourself have the option of checking, correcting, supplementing or deleting your personal data.
Transfer and sharing of your personal data. We are aware of our responsibility and possible risk when transferring personal data. Our employees, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the security of personal data processing, have access to your personal data. We only share personal data with a limited number of vetted entities that are contractually obligated to provide an adequate level of protection.
Processing purposes. We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):
- Provision of services and fulfillment of the contract. We only require the data that we absolutely need to process your order. Typically, this is your personal data in the scope of: billing data, delivery data, e-mail, telephone.
- Bookkeeping. If you are our customer, we absolutely need your personal data (invoicing data) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and register tax documents.

If you are our customer, we do so out of legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 5 years from the last order.
- If you are not our customer, we only send you newsletters based on your consent, for a period of 5 years from the date of granting. We can extend this period if you express an interest in it before it expires.
- User account management. If you decide to set up a user account with us, you hereby give us your consent to the processing of the personal data you provided, which are in particular your username and password, your first and last name, telephone number and billing information. We process this data so that we can maintain your user account and you can use its benefits that facilitate your next purchase.
We process your data for these purposes for the duration of your active use of the account and for a further period of 4 years from the last login.
Communication and handling of inquiries. You can contact us in several ways, for example by e-mail, via chat on our website or social networks. If you provide personal data as part of the communication, we process it for the purpose of processing your inquiry. We process this data for the time necessary to process the inquiry, for a maximum of 1 year, unless there is another purpose for the processing, e.g. if we conclude a contract together.
Selection procedure and negotiations on cooperation. If you express an interest in working with us, send us a message and possibly your CV, we will process the personal data you provided in the message and in the CV together with your contact details, for the purposes of the selection process or negotiations about our cooperation.
We will process your data for the duration of the selection process or negotiation and, if you agree, for another 6 months, in case we are interested in establishing cooperation in the future.
We retain your personal data for the duration of the statute of limitations in the event that a dispute arises between us and also if the law does not stipulate a longer period for their retention (such as in the case of records for accounting purposes for a period of 10 years) or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases .
What data we collect

Data you entrust to us:
- Contact Information – we may collect personal and business contact information, such as your first name, last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and other similar contact information.

We handle the majority of processing operations ourselves, however in the listed cases we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the given processing and are in a contractual relationship with us in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.

We use cookies for a period according to their purpose, some run only for the duration of your visit to the website, others can be stored for a longer period of time, for the period specified for each type of cookie.
Contact us, exercise your rights
You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the principles of personal data processing. Thanks to the right of access, you can challenge us at any time and we will provide you with proof of what personal data we process and why. If something changes for you or you find your personal data out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.
You can use the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, if you believe that we are processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing.
You can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial messages.)
Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure.
In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, e.g. we must register issued tax documents for a period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will inform you when the deletion is complete.
Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection
If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time with your complaint. We will be very happy if you first inform us about this suspicion so that we can do something about it and correct any errors.
Unsubscribing from newsletters and business communications
If you are our customer, we send you e-mails with inspiration, articles or products and services based on our legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, we only send them to you based on your consent obtained on the basis of our marketing campaign.
In both cases, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
