NFO® Calcium-Magnesium is a bioactive vitamin and mineral complex with an enhanced bone and tooth strengthening formula.

Calcium and magnesium form the basis of bone tissue, influencing its mineralization and compaction. Magnesium and calcium complement each other in the muscle cells: magnesium makes muscle fibers relax, while calcium causes their contraction.

Since the heart is also a muscle, these minerals are essential for maintaining normal heart rhythm. This supplement also contains vitamin K for better calcium absorption and prevention of calcium deposition on blood vessel walls.

Active Ingredients per Tablet:

  • Calcium: 250 mg (25% of recommended daily intake)
  • Magnesium: 50 mg (12.5% of recommended daily intake)
  • Vitamin K: 0.05 mg
  • Vitamin D3: 0.0025 mg (100 IU) – 50% of recommended daily intake

Adults: Take 1–2 tablets once to twice daily with meals.
