1. Eligibility

• Offer valid for all customers.
• Only new subscribers are eligible; existing subscribers do not qualify.
• Each customer may use this promotion only once.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion is available from 21.02.2025 until Vitamin C is out of stock or until NFO terminates the offer.

3. Free Vitamin C

• Eligible subscribers will receive one free bottle of NFO Vitamin C (60 capsules, 30-day supply) with each subscription shipment for a period of 12 months.
• Customers must manually add Vitamin C to the cart when setting up their subscription. After that, it will be automatically added to each subsequent shipment.

4. Subscription Requirements

• Customers must maintain a minimum basket value of €60 for each subscription shipment to remain eligible.
• The basket value is calculated based on the actual price of products, including taxes but excluding shipping fees.
• The offer cannot be combined with other promotions, promo codes, or discounts.
• If the subscription value drops below €60 at any time within 12 months, the customer will automatically disqualify from the offer unless they add other subscription products to restore the order value to €60+ within the timeframe of the special offer.

5. Limitations

• Offer is limited to one free Vitamin C product per subscription shipment, regardless of basket value above €60.
• The free Vitamin C offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

6. Cancellation & Modifications

• If the customer pauses or reduces the subscription amount below €60, they will be disqualified from receiving free Vitamin C unless they resubscribe to products that restore the order value to €60+.
• Free Vitamin C is not subject to return or refund.
• If a subscription item is refunded and the total subscription value drops below €60, the customer will be disqualified from the offer.

7. Checkout & Support

• Customers must add Vitamin C manually the first time they subscribe; it will be added automatically to subsequent orders.
• If the free Vitamin C does not apply at checkout, customers should reach out via chat or email with a screenshot of their checkout.

8. General Conditions

• NFO reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The promotion is valid while Vitamin C remains in stock.
• In case of disputes, NFO's decision is final.
